Written by Matthew Mitchell and Gideon Berkowitz, Rikki Tikkiness is The Hg Collective’s first original single. Matthew’s lyrics speak to overcoming obstacles and learning how to live through adverse experiences of growing up black in Denver. The music touches on traditional Hip Hop, Soul, Funk, and Jazz. As of proud Music Ambassador to Youth on Record (YOR), The Hg Collective is pre-releasing Rikki Tikkiness to YOR to help raise funds for their incredibly important youth music education programs.
